Elly Sprinkle

I was born and raised in the Netherlands but have lived in the US for 25 years. I moved to Norfolk about 3 years ago and I really enjoy it here.

I have been a massage therapist for 18 years and I absolutely love it. It’s very rewarding and heart-warming to see the impact I can make on my clients life.

I believe in living in the present moment and living life to the fullest.

I love to travel and send my time in nature. I look forward to new beginnings at In Good Hands Chiropractic and I am excited to be a part of the team.
